There is an embarrassingly wide choice of products. Now the dairy exports the products all over the world, to Monte Carlo, Spain, France, Japan and America. It was set up back in 1957 thanks to a successful and farsighted intuition of Tommaso Golino. After attending with enthusiasm the school for zootechny in Caserta and having many years of experience in this field, he decided to set up business on his own. Now the firm is managed by his grandchildren Luca and Salvatore who still use the old handcrafted method combining it with the needs of large-scale retail trade.
